Order Cancellation & Refunds

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@samaudiosg.com.

  • Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee of approximately 4% to 8% may apply. This transaction charge is by intermediaries.
  • Refund Amount: SAM Audio will refund the full amount paid, minus any intermediary fees.
  • Approval Required: All cancellation requests are subject to SAM audio’s sole discretion and may not be guaranteed once the order is processed or shipped.

Return Policy

We offer a 3-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be sealed, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • All tags and labels must be intact
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required

Important Notes

  • Change-of-mind returns are only available for local orders and require approval from SAM Audio. If approved, the value will be refunded as store credit.
  • Overseas orders are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
  • Used, opened, or altered items cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and any administrative costs incurred
  • Unauthorized returns (sent without our prior approval) will not be accepted
  • Returns are subjected to approval by SAM audio. Approved returns will be in the form of store credits and not cash refunds.
  • We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us at sales@samaudiosg.com within 3 days of delivery so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, exchange, refunds under any circumstances:

  • Custom, special orders or personalized items
  • Hazardous materials (e.g. flammable liquids or gases)
  • Accessories such as but not limited to, eartips, cases etc (opened or unopened)
  • Sale items or gift cards

If unsure, contact us before placing your order.


Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.
If you would like to get a different item, please:

  1. Request a return (if eligible), and
  2. Place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you whether the refund is approved
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider

Warranty

Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.
It does not cover the following:

  • Accidental damage, misuse, water exposure, or improper handling
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or dismantling
  • Improper installation or failure to follow product instructions
  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage (e.g. discoloration)
  • Use of the product for commercial or non-personal purposes
  • Damage caused by poor weather or natural disasters
  • Items lost, stolen, or misplaced
  • Products obtained from giveaways or marked as prize items
  • Items not purchased from SAM audio
  • Items purchased from a third party or unauthorized seller

Bring the purchase records and full set with the box for us to process the warranty.
